Gluten-Free Spaghetti

Posted: 13 Oct 2010 11:51 PM PDT

Lisa's Gluten-Free Spaghetti

Boil 6-8 Serving Size Gluten-Free Spaghetti Noodles in a big pot until done. Pour off the water. Tip: add some olive oil to the water to keep the noodles from sticking together, and make sure to stir the noodles once you add them to the water.

In a frying pan cook 1 Pound Hamburger Meat, pour off the grease.

Then add 1 can Tomato Sauce to the cooked hamburger meat.
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
I can Chopped Olives
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Basil
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Mix all together.

On a plate arrange your spaghetti noodles, then add your hamburger/sauce mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Add some vegetables on the side, in this case I used green beans.
Optional: Gluten-Free Garlic Bread

This was enough to feed my family of three for two nights.
