The Nurse Supervisor works cooperatively with the Director, Cancer Center, Medical Oncology Medical Director and the Radiation Oncology Medical Director in planning, directing, promoting and organizing the activities of oncology patient services. REQUIREMENTS
Other Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other health care team members. Ability to manage a team and work with others within a team to ensure quality patient care. Strong critical thinking skills.
Licenses/Certifications: Current licensure in the State of Washington as a Registered Nurse; BLS – Healthcare provider. Must have Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN ).
