| Hair loss treatment with fenugreek seeds (Video tutoiral) Posted: 26 Nov 2010 11:30 PM PST Few days back I was discussing with Neha about fenugreek seeds(meethi daana) and how fenugreek seeds helps in keeping hair shiny and black.The most powerful thing about fenugreek seeds is that it purifies the blood and cools downs the system therefore having 1 or 2tsp. of soaked fenurgreek seeds really helps in summer.  Below hair pack which I am sharing today helps in removing any hair infection , dandruff and prevents hair fall.This pack is like a natural hair loss treatment If you are suffering from hair fall problem or severe dandruff problem then apply this pack and soak fenu greek seeds(2 tbsp ) in half glass of water and drink it every morning.You will see the visible difference with in a month. I have also bought the protein conditioner (Aroma Magic) but haven't used it so will review it next time…..  What product claims:- Especially designed for dry, coarse and chemically treated hair and leaves no toxic residue. The pure essential oils have their own preservative that minimizes the use of chemicals. Contains pure plant and flower essences to refresh and stimulate our senses. The pure plant ingredients are formulated in a cream form. Maintains the natural moisture level in the hair and make the hair soft and manageable. Direction for use:- Wet hair, apply shampoo and work up lather. Rinse. Repeat if necessary. Follow up with Aroma Magic Protein Hair conditioner. Apply a few drops of Aroma Magic Stimulate Oil added to a teaspoon of water onto scalp to promote hair growth. Price of Blossom Kochhar Aroma magic shampoo is Rs 120 gm for 90mlComposition:- Extracts of Aloe Vera, Almond, Amla, Green Apple, Carrot and Calendula.  My review:- The shampoo smelled strongly of Rosemary & a hint of sandalwood. Every time I moved, I would smell rosemary's. It is much thicker and creamy than traditional shampoos. The moisturizing benefits of Aloe Vera help to improve the texture and appearance of dry, damaged hair. Whether your hair is chemically relaxed, colored, pressed on premed. Cream Shampoo is gentle enough to use daily. The shampoo is low on lather… It's good to use a low lathering shampoo if you have a dry hair type, because these will keep your hair away from becoming too dry and they also get your hair nice and clean. if your hair still dirty after the first rinse…the go for the second wash as this shampoo is totally harmless for your hair. The cream shampoos that don't give much lather but get your hair completely clean.  This how your hair looks like after the shampoo shiny and manageable. Pros:- *First and Foremost its chemical free shampoo. *The Fragrance of the shampoo which is fully loaded with rosemary's. *Gives you nice shiny, smooth textured hair. *Priced right. *Few cream shampoo makes your hair oily & sticky but this cream shampoo is very light on your hair. Cons :- As it's a cream shampoo so at times you got to squeeze it hard to remove the shampoo from the tube. Rating :- 4.5/5 Recommendation: - Dry, colored and damaged hair. | Nail art design - Flower nail art in white and blue (Nail art tutorial) Posted: 26 Nov 2010 07:24 AM PST Flower nail art never goes out of fashion because they bring instant smile and cuteness . Don't they ?? :) This nail art was fun and kind a cute too.Did something interesting after long.:) This is how I did it. Applied a transparent coat and then applied my colorbar blue lagoon nail paint  Then with a tooth pick I applied these dots and stretched with a sewing needle.  I had done these flower thing lot many times so I applied some more dots in blue and white.  Finished the nail art with a transparent coat again and wiped off the extra nail paint by a q-tip soaked in nail polish remover. | Smokey eyes - Smokey eyes tutorial in silver and blue Posted: 26 Nov 2010 05:19 AM PST How to do a smokey eye Wearing smokey eyes in party is fun and this time while trying a party make up look I thought of picking silver and blue.I have never used silver in my eye makeup tutorial so thought of trying it.Silver though suits cool skin tone and I am warm skin person but some how this one suited me pretty well :) This make up look will good on all eye shapes.  It is a pretty simple look and won't take much time as well.  Step1 -Clean your eyes and apply primer or a base to your eyes.You can use concealer and foundation too as it helps the colour to stay better on your eyes.Here I am using my Loreal paris true match super bendable concealer.  Step2 - Line your upper lash line with a black gel liner. I am using Maybelline gel liner for this.Cover the whole eyelid with the gel liner.You can go darker then this if you want.This will serve as a dark base and will make the eye colour pop.Blend up the edge slightly to avoid harsh lines.  Step3 - Apply the blue eye shadow all over your lid to cover up the black base.This will make the base more deeper and pretty too.(I am using colorbar shimmer cubes again  Step4 - Now take silver eyeshadow. I am using colorbar silver eyeshadow and it is really pretty.Will swatch it soon.  Step5 - Apply this silver eyeshadow on your inner corner of your eyes and stretch it towards the middle of your eyelids.(Silver eyeshadow is not that visible here may be because blue is overpowering it  ) Step6 - Apply any shimmer eye shadow on your brow bone.I am using MAC rice paper here. Fill up your eye brows with a matching eye shadow or if you have a eye brow liner then you can use that.I am using brow liner.Apply a thin eyeliner (I am using shahnaz eyeliner) and curl up your eyelashes and apply mascara.(Using Colorbar extreme lash mascara) Line half of your lower lashline with the same silver eyeshadow and half with blue eyeshadow.Apply little silver eyeshadow on your tear duct as well.You can read the face chart here to know more about the eye map.  Team it up with a nude lipstick or a tinted lip balm and we are all set to party !!!! |

I have a very simple tip to share whenever we think of choosing hair colour. I have shared this with many of my friends and it has always worked for them. Tip is that whenever you choose a hair colour always look at your wrist. You read it right , your wrist tells you exactly what hair color shade will suit you. By looking at your wrist you will be able to tell whether you look best in a cool shade such as ash brown or platinum blonde or a warm shade like gold or copper.  If your veins look blue-ish then it means you have cool tones in your skin. Now what is cool tone? A color is categorized into cool tone when it contains green, violet or blue. Unfortunate thing about cool shade is that they appear quiet drab and that is why women with this kind of skin tone get their hair colored with brown. Those who have cool skin tone can pull off dark browns and black better than many others. If your veins appears blue-ish than you are lucky enough to choose most of the shades of hair colour except copper and brown. If you are confused then Neutral brown is always a safe choice. Always be careful which choosing a blonde shade as it can completely wash out a person. Those whose veins appear greenish in colour can pull off warm tones such as gold, copper and bright red. Women in this range can pull off any colour except black. Naturally there are exceptions to these rules but works 90% of the time. I hope my simple tips will help wise she readers.
