Gluten Intolerance Support Group Meeting

If you are not involved in a Gluten Intolerance Support Group (or a celiac support group, see my resources page for a list of support groups), I encourage to join one in your area.

Gluten Intolerance Group of North America

The local GIG Support Group, GIG of SW Washington that I am a part of is having our monthly meeting this coming Saturday.

February 19th from 10am-12pm

We are having our first ever GIG Food-A-Rama Samplefest! Can't wait to try all those yummy, gluten-free goodies.

If you live in the area, bring yourself, all your family and friends.
