Found this to be super interesting thank you so much for sharing, I myself have been guilty of coming home late from wrok and curling up with a carton of ice cream in place of dinner. I actually ran across an energy drink that is good for you! Its packed with vitamins and minerals and you dont suffer from the instant boost and the rock bottom low afterwards. I have one on my way home from work to bypass the feeling of exhaustion so that I get home and make decent decions for dinner. Thanks agin for posting this was riveting.
