    Gadgets and devices are awesome but they don't seem so hot if you sacrifice sleep for them. Being infatuated with latest devices like the iPad or even a netbook, it is a fact that we have foregone sleep in lieu of them since we seem to be very much infatuated with their functions. And through a poll conducted by the National Sleep Foundation, it was found that about 95% of Americans use these devices an hour before bedtime and potentially wrecks a person's body block. Did I say an hour before? For some people, a single ring will get them up and about and practically ruin their sleep all the way. Whether you get to sleep less or not at all, the point remains that devices have become a nuisance to sleep. A solution? Try and isolate yourself from the devices or better yet, don't have them in your room. Define your bedroom as a sleeping place with nothing else. The more gadgets and devices you have, the poorer sleep you can expect.
