Hey guys,
I just wanted to update you on Minimalist Training, one of the products I endorse on Strongandfit.net. Let me first give you a little background:
I first started making money off my fitness blog by using adsense. It turned out to be fairly profitable, but I just didn't like all the crummy ads that were showing up on my blog--lots of rip-off products.
So I started promoting bodybuilding programs likeMuscle Gaining Secrets a while back. This was the best of both worlds to me: I was making a little more money and promoting products that actually help people get bigger and stronger. But I wondered when I was going to see some programs for more advanced/experienced lifters (Muscle Gaining Secrets is more of a beginner's program).
Minimalist Training has been one such program--my favorite so far. Right now I'm doing the "70's size and strength routine," (page 74) and it's one of the best workouts I've done in a really, really long time.
Anyway, I can't say enough about this program. At $47, it's one of the best values you'll find. Just check out my review if you are interested:

Help a Brother Out:
There's something else I'd like to mention: Google's "Panda" update. If you aren't familiar with it, Google has just changed their algorithm. It seems to have negatively affected my search engine traffic. Sadly, I've noticed some really crummy blogs/websites are ahead of me in search engine results. This is especially true with reviews--it seems my honest criticism of bogus products ranks lower than the websites trying to sell before-mentioned products.
Anyway, I'd really appreciate it if you could retweet or post one of my articles on your facebook wall. It would help make up for some of this lost traffic.
Questions? Comments?
Just email me if you have a question about training or supplements. I'll do my best to answer or I may even make a blog post about your question.
Train Hard,
