   By cutting it, we mean surgically. Like most human problems that have become more serious, the last resort is that of leaning towards medical procedures which unfortunately is something not all can afford. Then again, when you suffer from one of the worst cases of sleep apnea, you may as well want to consider trying to find ways to get that procedure done.
